Öğretmenlerde Algılanan Örgütsel Destek Düzeyi ile Yaşam Memnuniyeti Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesi

The main purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between life satisfaction and perceived organizaitonal support levels of teachers. The universe of the research was composed of the teachers working at state primary, secondary and high schools in Bartin city center during the 2013-2014 academic year. The sample of the study was identified by simple random sampling (Simple Random Sampling) which consisted of the 290 teachers. Perceived Organizational Support Scale and Life Satisfaction Scale Scale were used to collect the data. In this quantitavie research survey method was employed. The obtained data was analyzed by SPSS program. During the analysis process frequency, percentage, mean, t-test, analysis of variance, correlation and regression analysis were used. According to findings, there is no evidence that gender variable has a significant effect on the perception of organizational support. However, female teachers have a more positive perception than male teachers in terms of life satisfaction. It can said that there is a weak positive linear relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Life Satisfaction. The findings show that teachers' perceptions of organizational support and life satisfaction levels are moderate.
