A molecule of major histocompatibility complex (MHC), comprising a peptide antigen in elsurco binding peptides of the MHC molecule, whereby a conditionally reactive group is present inthe peptide antigen, when a physical signal or activates chemical, breaks a covalent bond in dedicho peptide antigen, which guarantees the release of the peptide antigen of the MHC molecule, and the reactive group comprises conditionally quedicho a group sensitive to light or sensitive to periodate.
