The invention provides a testing device and method for measuring ceramic dry billet porosity. A heat insulation plate of a billet body weightlessness measurement system of the testing device is placed on a measuring disc of an electronic scale, and a gravity distributor is placed on the heat insulation plate and connected with a sample table into a whole through a supporting rod. A sample supporting frame is placed on the sample table. A size change measuring rod of a billet contraction measuring system stretches into an oscillation coil shaft hole of a distance sensor after penetrating through a center hole above the sample supporting frame. The sample table and the sample supporting frame are placed in a hearth of a micro electric furnace with an opening. The center of the bottom of the micro electric furnace with the opening is provided with a small hole. The supporting rod stretches out of the small hole and is connected with the gravity distributor. The temperature of the micro electric furnace with the opening is controlled through a PID temperature controller, and the data of the electronic scale and the distance sensor are synchronously collected through a computer. By the adoption of the testing device and method, the dry weightless curve and the dry contraction curve of ceramic wet billets can be measured synchronously in the drying process, and necessary experiment data are provided for calculating the ceramic dry billet porosity.
