Greybody factors in rotating charged Gödel black holes
2009
We study the evaporation of non-extremal and near-extremal rotating charged Godel black holes in five-dimensional minimal gauged supergravity. By employing the matching technique, we calculate the corresponding absorption probabilities and show that the Godel parameter j plays a different role from the angular momentum of the black hole in the Hawking radiation and super-radiance, which confirms previous results. In particular, We find that the greybody factors present entirely different natures for two extremal limits of the charge q and search out the range of ω for the super-radiance to happen. This information may help us understand more about five-dimensional rotating charged Godel black holes.
