The present invention provides a mine grease composition and preparation methods, thickening agent by the 12-hydroxystearic acid, boric acid, sebacic acid and lithium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide aqueous reactant composition; additives include: B propylene copolymers, extreme pressure agents, rust inhibitors and anti-wear agents. The 12-hydroxy stearic acid, sebacic acid and ethylene-propylene copolymer is added to the base oil, are mixed and heated to 60 ~ 90 ℃, was added lithium hydroxide monohydrate and calcium hydroxide saponification compound containing boric acid 1.5 to 2 hours; with 2 hours raised to 185 ~ 190 ℃, this temperature for 1.5 hours; continue to heat up to 220 ~ 240 ℃, and then naturally cooled to less 120 ℃, followed by adding extreme pressure agents, rust inhibitors and anti-wear agents, post-processing to obtain of the desired product. The grease has excellent high load performance, PD values greater than 315kg achieve low friction lubrication overloaded. Significantly improved water resistance and adhesion while this grease.
