Phosphorus atoms of modified nucleic acid synthesis

2009
The article contains a phosphorus atom is a chiral phosphonate moiety X- modified nucleic acid synthesis method. The method described herein provides via asymmetric reaction of chiral molecules and non-nucleoside H- phosphonate containing moiety is chemically stable / nucleotide high diastereomeric purity of the nucleic acid backbone modifications.
