Research on the Impact Characteristics of Cylinder Based on Integrated Analysis Methods

Impact characteristics of cylinder to cylinder service life and the work efficiency has important significance and involves the impact process of microscopic changes (radial displacement and the moment of collision stress), the theoretical analysis and experimental analysis are difficult to obtain. Therefore, the impact characteristics of cylinder impact process is analyzed based on integrated analysis methods of theory analysis-experimental analysis-dynamics simulation analysis. Taking the CG standard cylinder as the research object, the mathematical model of the impact process of cylinder is established and the impact process of cylinder is analyzed. The test system of the impact characteristic of cylinder is designed to obtain the test data of the impact characteristic of cylinder. By comparing the theoretical analysis and experimental analysis results and setting boundary conditions, the impact characteristics of cylinder is studied based on dynamics simulation analysis method. The work provides a method for the performance analysis of cylinder and a basis for improving the performance cylinder.
