МОНИТОРИНГ ЭЛЕКТРОИНФРАСТРУКТУРЫ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЯ НА ОСНОВЕ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ СРЕДСТВ ИЗМЕРЕНИЙ И МЕТОДОВ СТАТИСТИЧЕСКОГО АНАЛИЗА

The article proposes to consider a monitoring system for the electric infrastructure of an enterprise producing microelectronics. The main directions of monitoring the processes of the functioning of the electroinfrastructure of a microelectronics production enterprise, namely: control and management of elements of energy infrastructures, decomposed by types: generation, transformation, transmission, distribution and consumption of electric energy. The solution of the problem of processing the measurement results obtained from the measuring instrument base of the monitoring system with the use of parametric diagnosis based on factor analysis was proposed. Also, the algorithm for processing measurements is presented and the process of monitoring in the context of the concept of an actively adaptive intelligent network (Smart Grid) in the software BPWin 5.0 is considered.
