Early rheumatoid arthritis: focus on RA in the developing world

AbstractA review was undertaken of pathogenic mechanisms in early rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and strategies for cost-effective management of RA in the developing world. Pitfalls in early disease are explored and the importance of aggressive measurable disease control is emphasised.
