Accurate nonlinear model beyond nonlinear noise power estimation

We review the Nyquist nonlinear model, based on which an advanced digital backward propagation method is proposed. Compensation performance achieves ∼5dB Q improvement compared with the linear case and outperforms previous compensation methods by ∼2dB.
