The Construction of Evaluation Index System of Interaction between New Rural Construction and Rural Consumption Expand System

New rural reconstruction and rural consumption expand systems are inherent mechanisms with the characteristics of interdependent and mutually reinforcing.If the joint points between new rural construction and rural consumption expand were found,which was beneficial to the improvement of new rural construction and rural consumption expansion.Based on the review of correlation research,new rural construction and rural consumption expand were constructed and the interactive mechanism of two were expounded,based on this,the evaluation index system of interaction between new rural construction and rural consumption expand system was constructed,which provided basis for evaluating the mutual contribution between new rural construction and rural consumption expansion quantificationally and scientifically.
