Perioperative management in undiagnosed pheochromocytoma

Abstract Pheochromocytoma which is diagnosed intraoperatively carries a high morbidity and mortality. Successful management of the patient with unsuspected pheochromocytoma requires a high index of suspicion and aggressive pharmacologic intervention.
