Diagnóstico ambiental do córrego Mutuca, Gurupi - TO Mutuca stream Environmental diagnosis, Gurupi - TO

The objectives of this study were to diagnose the main incident impacts on the Mutuca stream in Gurupi - TO, survey the riparian area at a specific spot, and estimate the area to be recovered. The characterization of the environmental assessment of the Mutuca stream happened visually, through a listing of the issues found in the analyzed section, a metric tape was used to make the measurement of permanent preservation areas, and camera to record the problems present in the area study. The main problems found were irregular disposal of solid waste, illegal occupation of margins, lack of riparian vegetation, presence of erosion among others. It was found that riparian area legal kills (AMCL) should be 4.5 ha, however, were found 1.30 ha of existing riparian forest (AMCA), current riparian area making a percentage of only 28,89%. From the values (AMCL) and (AMCA), it was observed that the area to be reforested, to meet the requirements of legislation, is equivalent to 3,2 ha corresponding to 71, 11%.
