The invention provides a technology and a device for treating organic waste gas with activated carbon by means of nitrogen heating and vacuum desorption. The technology is characterized by including a pretreatment stage, an adsorption stage, a desorption stage and a recycling stage. The device comprises an adsorber, a heater, a vacuum pump, a condenser and a recycling tank. The technology and the device have the advantages that the technology and the device are different from existing waste gas treatment by means of steam desorption, nitrogen heating desorption and vacuum desorption are combined with each other, accordingly, the desorption efficiency can be enhanced, steam consumption can be reduced to a great extent, and a large quantity of wastewater and secondary pollution can be prevented; granular activated carbon in the adsorber does not need to be dried and regenerated, accordingly, the technology and the device are free of steam consumption and wastewater pollution, low in energy consumption and high in desorption efficiency, and are environmental friendly, energy can be saved, excellent desorption effects can be realized, the organic waste gas treatment cost can be reduced, the technology is simple, and requirements of discharge standards can be met after the waste gas is treated by the aid of the technology and the device.
