Nanoscale Looking Forward [Highlights]

Reports on the work on Professor Si-Chen Lee who teaches in the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University. His current research interests include semiconductor device applications such as indium gallium arsenide/indium arsenide quantum dot infrared photodetectors, photonic crystal infrared thermal emitters with applications in the probing of the biological reactions of cells, and exhaled gas detection for remote health care.
