The reseach of chemical structure of steppe vegetables of South-Eastern Zabaikalie was carried out. Studied stepper phytocenosis for basic organic connect structure (proteins, fats and cellular tissue) have a qood fodder value. According to norms of providing of vegetable by microelements the deficit of zinc and copper was marked.
