Outdoor unit and indoor unit for air conditioner

This outdoor unit for an air conditioner is provided with: a casing that has a suction port and a blowout port and that forms an exterior enclosure; a fan that is provided in the casing and that draws in outdoor air through the suction port and discharges the outdoor air through the blowout port; and a heat exchanger that is provided in the casing and that performs heat exchange between a refrigerant and outdoor air drawn in by the fan. The heat exchanger is provided with a first heat exchanger body composed of a plurality of fins which are arranged at intervals and a plurality of flat tubes which penetrate through the fins in the arrangement direction and through the inside of which a refrigerant passes, and a second heat exchanger body composed of a plurality of fins which are arranged at intervals and a plurality of circular tubes which penetrate through the fins in the arrangement direction and through the inside of which the refrigerant passes. The first heat exchanger body is disposed nearer to the fan than the second heat exchanger body.
