The recording unit (43) records the arrangement of the functional pixels. The interpolation direction determination unit (112) acquires direction information of the first direction. The weight calculation unit (114) calculates a first weight in the first direction and a second weight in a direction different from the first direction. The interpolation processing unit (116) interpolates the pixel value of the functional pixel on the basis of the pixel values of the normal pixels around the functional pixel that are obtained by applying the first weight and the second weight thereto.
