Moldagem de transferência e registro interoclusal: técnica diferenciada

O sucesso da reabilitacao oral depende de precisao tanto na moldagem quanto na montagem no articulador. Quando temos uma protese em rebordo de extremidade livre, com grandes espacos edentulos, a intercuspidacao torna-se sujeita a erros e um registro estavel e preciso da relacao interoclusal e necessario. O objetivo desse artigo e apresentar uma tecnica de moldagem de transferencia que, ao unir os cilindros para a moldagem, ja realizamos o registro interoclusal, obtendo o modelo de trabalho e o registro para o correto relacionamento entre os modelos no mesmo procedimento clinico. A tecnica e conveniente, de facil manuseio e garante bons resultados clinicos (como pode ser observado no resultado final), e poucos ajustes foram necessarios para a finalizacao do trabalho protetico (AU) The success of oral rehabilitation depends on the accuracy, both in impression and cast mounting on an articulator.
