The effect of different processing methods on the content of chlorogenic acid and galuteolin in Flos Lonicerae Japonicae.

2010
Objective:To investigate the effect of different processing methods on the quality of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae.by the determination of the content of chlorogenic acid and galuteolin. Methods:To detect chlorogenic acid and galuteolin respectively, the HPLC separation was performed on column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) and phenyl column (250mm× 4.6mm,5μm),eluted using 0.4% phosphate-acetonitrile (13:87) solvent system for chlorogenic acid and gradient eluted using 0.5% acetic acid-acetonitrile solvent system for galuteolin, and detected at 327 nm with a DAD detector. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Results:The significant effect of different processing methods on the color of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae and content of chlorogenic acid and galuteolin was proved. Conclusion:It is suitable to use the processing of microwave and dry in the sun in the production.
