QuQian Bolus Influences The Renal Elements in the Ratof chronic lead poisoning

objective: To test the effects of the elements in kidney when the model of chronic lead poisoning were treated by QuQian bolus. Method: The model was made by appending 0.02% lead acetate in drink, and continues 2 months. Then treated by QuQian bolus, comparing with EDTA. Result: Comparing with EDTA, the content of Pb, Zn, Ca in blood, urine, kidney in the group of QuQian bolus decreased observably. Conclusion: The curative effect of QuQian bolus is better then EDTA.
