Military Science and Technology:the First Battle Efficiency

Battle efficiency is the material basis of warfare,and objective guarantee to contain and win the war.Great efforts to develop weapons and equipment,strengthening military training,enhancing the quality of personnel in science and technology,optimizing the military organizational structure,and so on,have become the main way to form and develop battle efficiency.This article analyzes objectively the inner relation between three essential factors in the constitution of battle efficiency and military science and technology,and concludes that the military science and technology is the first battle efficiency.This viewpoint provides the theory support for current quality construction in our army,and promotes good and fast development of China's military science and technology.
