Оценка точности математических моделей расчета концентраций фракций холестерина

It was investigated the accuracy of the Friedewald's calculation method in case when method of ultracentrifugation was replaced by the method of photometry. The possibility and limitations of using Shepard's method for calculating the concentration of low density lipoprotein cholesterol was investigated. A comparison of accuracy of various mathematical models to calculate the concentration of LDL cholesterol were given. Computational experiments were conducted on large samples from 212 to 4384 observations.
