Application of Social Learning Theory in Moral Cultivation of Vocational College Students

Based on Bandura's social learning theory,the paper analyzes the factors influencing moral formation of vocational college students,which mainly are environment and human inducement.It also proposes the methods to cultivate college students' morals,particularly stressing the cultivation of their self confidence.
