Структурно-химические превращения углеродсодержащих компонентов в пористом анодном оксиде алюминия при термическом отжиге

2015
The effect of heat treatment on structural and chemical changes in carbon-bearing components in anodic alumina formed in aqueous solution of tartaric acid in galvanostatic mode was studied by FTIR and ESR spectroscopy. It was also established that in asanodized samples carbon content is about 3.2 % (wt.). In as-anodized and heat treated in air at 200—700 °C samples there are three-dimensional polymeric structures built of sp 2 and sp 2, hybridized carbon atoms; and sp 2 type threefold coordinated bonds are dominated. The ESR signals with g 2.0033 and AB = 0.68 mT resulted from electrons localized on the daggling bonds of tetrahedrally and threefold coordinated carbon atoms were observed.
