Research and Design of Video Networked Monitoring Platform for Expressway

The requirements of transport video resource sharing under the current situation of video networking surveillance system for expressway are analyzed.The rules of unified naming and authorization within the domain in line with the concept of traffic autonomous region are also presented.Besides,the regulations of access and control of resources within and outside the domain are made.Based on this,public video resources of transportation are integrated and a multilevel traffic video networked monitoring platform in a province is constructed.Thus,the correlative communications departments can share the video resources all over the province,which not only provides the scientific basis and assurance for the operation and management of transport,but also supplies the transport emergency command and rescue system with good business support and safeguard.
