MEMBERS OF THE SCHOOL BOARD OF PINELLAS COUNTY FROM: MICHAEL A. GREGO, Ed. D. SUPERINTENDENT SUBJECT: Request Approval to Grant Duke Energy Florida, Inc. Temporary Distribution Easement at the Pinellas Park Elementary School Site

BACKGROUND: Duke Energy Florida, Inc., d/b/a Duke Energy will be providing power to Pinellas Park Elementary for the placement of twelve (12) temporary portable classroom units to support a HVAC and lighting project at the school. This construction project will require Duke Energy to install electrical facilities on the site. Duke Energy has requested a temporary ten (10) foot easement from the School Board to supply power while the portables are being utilized.
