Unmanned supervision system and monitoring method

An unmanned control system and a monitoring method are provided to effectively monitor an invader entering a facility by the minimum number of persons. A fence detection unit(10) has an infrared sensor(11) detecting an invader approaching to a fence, a fence detector(12) detecting the shaking of the fence, a camera(13) taking a photograph of the invader, a speaker(14) speaking over a radio, and a video phone(15). A main-facility detecting unit(60) has a video phone(51) for identifying an authorized or unauthorized person, a door opening/closing unit(22), a camera(23), and a speaker(24) speaking over the radio. A controller(30) has an image divider(31) dividing image data, and a codec(32) compressing/uncompressing the image data. A central controller(46) has a monitor outputting the image data, and a speaker speaking over the radio, and the video phone(51).
