Multi-objective Optimization Planning of Distribution Network Topology Considering Total Supply Capability and Voltage Deviation

2021
The imbalance between the power supply capacity of distribution networks and the demand for load growth has become increasingly prominent. Moreover, the uneven load distribution and the unreasonable grid structure have caused serious voltage issues at the end of lines. In view of these problems, this paper proposes a multi-objective optimization planning method for distribution network topology. A total supply capability (TSC) model based on the power flow calculation is first constructed. Then, with the maximum TSC of distribution networks and the minimum voltage deviation as the objective function, a multi-objective optimization planning model is established. Subsequently, the NSGA-II algorithm is introduced to solve the model. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through the analysis of the IEEE-33 node power distribution system. The result shows that the proposed method can not only effectively improve the TSC of distribution networks, but also improve the voltage quality and strengthen the reliability of distribution networks.
