The invention relates to a light guide plate which comprises a lighting surface, a light emitting surface and a light reflection surface positioned at the opposite side of the light emitting surface. A plurality of parallelly arranged first arc-shaped structures are formed on the lighting surface, a plurality of long strip-shaped and parallelly arranged second arc-shaped structures are formed on the light emitting surface, and the direction of the long axis of each second arc-shaped structure is actually parallel to the direction of a normal line of the lighting surface. A plurality of prism structures are distributed on the light reflection surface, a light adjusting structure is distributed on the local area of the light reflection surface which is close to the lighting surface, and the light adjusting structure is overlapped in a staggered way with the prism structures.
