Due to the fact that the preset time threshold is larger than the time from starting to resetting of an internal power supply in the LED dimming controller when the internal power supply hiccups, the latch does not control the voltage selector to adjust the output voltage, the dimming power tube controls the LED load to be kept with the original luminance, the mistaken dimming is avoided, and dimming reliability is improved.
