Composition comprising an antigen of BTV (Bluetongue virus) and a carrier, excipient, adjuvant or pharmaceutically or veterinarily acceptable; wherein the antigen is BTV VP2 or a combination of VP2 and VP5 BTV serotype 1; further wherein the antigen is expressed in duckweed.
