Analysis of Land Laws' Defects That Cause Conflicts About Rural Land

This paper discussed the rural land conflicts caused by the defects in the laws related to land,such as the defects of land purchasing system,the agricultural land ownership vague,and the defects of land conflict mediation system.These defects stimulate each owner of the land,as an individual,to grow the intention of non-cooperation or to conduct opportunistic behavior,which makes the land conflict inevitable.A theoretical basis for improving the land related laws is concluded through the analysis of the defects of the land related laws which intrigue the land related conflicts.
