The present invention relates to a system for producing seedlings and provides a system for producing seedlings, which comprises: a healing chamber which is provided as a healing space where a constant temperature and constant humidity are maintained and grafted seedlings are healed; a plurality of carts which are installed to be accommodated within the healing chamber, and loaded with the grafted seedlings healed by an emitted LED light source; a plurality of rain-proof plugs which are installed to be suspended on the ceiling of the healing chamber to apply power to the LED light source installed on the plurality of carts; and a plurality of rain-proof sockets which are installed on the upper ends of the plurality of carts in an upward direction, into which the plurality of rain-proof plugs are plugged to conduct electricity to a plurality of LED light sources installed on each of the carts.
