Leadership Lab Promotes Innovative Thinking Training

The establishment of innovation-oriented country brings forward new requirements for higher education,this paper firstly gives a definition of innovation,and indicates that the key of innovation is the establishment of business model.Based on this,the Leadership Lab takes self-learning and self-organizing characteristics of feature mapping principle as a foundation,carries out correlative practices to do phased innovation training.All of these provide a reference for higher education in the cultivation of innovative thinking.
