BACKGROUND PCNSL classically presents with homogeneously contrast-enhancing lesions. Atypical brain imaging findings, including non-enhancing lesions or lesions with hemorrhage, calcification, cyst and necrosis, often lead to delayed diagnosis and treatment. We aim to characterize the atypical radiological features of PCNSL in our local population.
