New Records and New Combinations of Idiocerini and Agalliini Leafhoppers (Hemiptera, Auchenorrhyncha: Cicadellidae) from Madagascar

—Austroagallia caboverdensis Lindberg, 1958 is recorded for the first time from Madagascar. Igerna malagasicaViraktamath et Goncalves, 2013 is recorded for the first time from the former Antananarivo Province of the country, and Kopamerra haupti (Melichar, 1908), from the former Toliara Province. Idiocerus maintiranus Evans, 1953 is transferred to the genus Remoya Webb, 1983, and I. sakarahensis Evans, 1959 and I. rossi Freytag et Cwikla, 1984 are transferred to the genus Pretioscopus Webb, 1983. Consequently, three new combinations are formed: Remoya maintirana (Evans, 1953), comb. n.,Pretioscopus sakarahensis (Evans, 1959), comb. n., and P. rossi (Freytag et Cwikla, 1984), comb. n. Photographs of the holotypes of Idiocerus maintiranus and I. sakarahensis are given.
