Желчегонное действие природного ксантонового гликозида в липосомальной форме

Findings of the research of the determination of choleretic effect of the natural xanthone glycosidemangiferin (2-C-p-D-glucopyranozil-l,3,6,7-tetraoxyxanthone) in liposomal form, derived from the concentrate of polyunsaturated lipoic acids of Baikalian seal fat are given in the paper. The influence of the mangiferin liposomal form in experimental-therapeutic dose was studied in intraperitoneal injection to intact Wistarline white male-rats. It has been established that mangiferin in this medicinal form is compared favourably with the substance of mangiferin in choleretic effect. Possible mechanisms of the marked choleretic effect of the xanthone glycoside liposomal form are discussed in the paper.
