Reflexiones en torno a la tutoría y su impacto en los estudiantes

espanolEn este documento se presenta una serie de reflexiones en torno al tema de la tutoria, considerandola como elemento fundamental en el desarrollo de los estudiantes universitarios, el enfoque va dirigido al area del derecho, en virtud de la experiencia adquirida en la labor docente. El trabajo se desarrollo a traves de la observacion directa del objeto de estudio en la Universidad Autonoma del Carmen, de la realizacion de Foros academicos y del analisis de un sondeo a estudiantes, derivando en un estudio descriptivo cuyos resultados son evidencias reales de casos particulares donde el impacto de la Tutoria fue satisfactorio en ambitos diversos. Se plantea la tutoria y el papel del tutor desde un aspecto conceptual, asi como las estrategias implementadas en la labor tutoral, con la finalidad de mostrar la teoria y la realidad, enfatizando los aciertos y las areas de oportunidad en las que es posible trabajar para lograr no solo calidad academica sino tambien un optimo desempeno en las actividades del tutor como parte de las funciones del docente universitario. EnglishThis document presents a series of reflections on the subject of tutoring, considering it as a fundamental element in the development of university students, the approach is directed to the area of law, by virtue of the experience gained in teaching. The study was developed through direct observation of the object of study at the Universidad Autonoma del Carmen, the accomplishment of academic Forums and the analysis of a survey to students, resulting in a descriptive study whose results are real evidences of particular cases where the impact of the Tutoring was satisfactory in various fields. From a conceptual point of view, the tutoring and the role of the tutor, as well as the strategies implemented in the tutorial work, are presented, with the purpose of showing the theory and the reality, emphasizing the successes and the areas of opportunity in which it is possible to work for Achieve not only academic quality but also an optimal performance in the activities of the tutor as part of the functions of the university teacher.
