Proceso de atención de enfermería en paciente de 3 años de edad con bronquitis aguda.
2020
Acute bronchitis consists of a transmissible inflammation of the respiratory tract, being one of the most important causes in epidemiological outbreaks, with a high rate of morbidity and mortality, as well as being a very frequent disease in children under 5 years of age, due to its Symptoms usually remain for several days after infection. Among the complications that trigger are: respiratory distress or dyspnea at rest, tachycardia, persistent cough, hyperthermia, tachypnea and bradypnea. Although this infectious agent does not leave sequelae when the appropriate treatment is applied, the bronchi are susceptible to the reaction of any irritating agent. The fundamental purpose for which this case study was carried out is to provide scientific knowledge about the pathology treated, and thus develop the nursing care process in a 3-year-old patient with acute bronchitis. For this reason, a comprehensive assessment is carried out, through the 11 functional patterns of Marjory Gordon, to identify the patterns that are altered and through this model establish an adequate care plan, which aims to provide the necessary interventions that demand our competence, and obtain the expected result, which is the improvement of the patient.
