The need of others, the loss of independence, puts into question the opinion that we had of our resources and capacities. The tools we have to face this threat is the knowledge and our capacity to adapt to maintain certain control of the situation, but these instruments defer according to the person or group which we approach. The perspective of the professional of the health is, obviously, different from that of a person unfamiliar with the environment. Is the knowledge and the experience in the health scene an advantage or a disadvantage? When the evolution is negative, to venture the complications and specifically to identify the deficiencies in the organization, Does this increases our confrontation or our desperation. Does the health institution punish the "expert patient"?, if the System is ill. Can this infect its patients?, and if this is true, are they or we equally sensitive to the infection? The present story tries to gather the reflections of a nurse who recently lived these questions in first person
