The present invention provides a composition for the prevention or removal of hangover, the composition containing, as an active ingredient, an enzyme complex comprising acetaldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH) to reduce blood alcohol and acetaldehyde concentrations, thereby providing a hangover removal effect.
