The invention discloses an adverse-slope flat-plate treating and ecological restorative measure for refuse dump, which comprehensively optimizes and determines gradient, length of grade and width of flat plate of a refuse dump according to experiences, calculations and land using characters; slope cutting grades of accumulation slope of the refuse dump are designed into three grades, each grade of slope height is 9-11 m, the width of the slope flat plate is 4-6 m; the following slope ratios are included: the first grade is 1: (1.9-2.1), the second grade is 1: (1.7-1.8), and the third grade is 1: (1.4-1.60); the flat plate is treated into adverse slope type, the flat plate is leant toward the inner side slightly, and the adverse slope is in 2-5 degrees; the first and the second grades of slopes use masonry arch centers for planting grass, apron on base of slope, masonry slop flat plate and drainage ditch thereof, slope surface edge for designing and constructing; the third grade of slope applies vetiver revetment afforesting technique; Bahia grass is planted in the flat plate of the refuse dump firstly, for covering the flat plate and conserving water and soil in a short time via the characters of fast growing and barren resistance; and then fruit trees or crops are planted in the flat plate. The method takes engineering measures and biological measures comprehensively for guaranteeing safety of mine dump and achieving good ecological restoring effect and view result, and plants which adjust measures to local conditions are planted, and the cost is low.
