Sensor device and sensor system for a vehicle for a vehicle

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle sensor device which can notify a master device of a self-diagnosis result of the vehicle sensor device without affecting the data transmission of a vehicle behavior to the master device from the vehicle sensor device in a normal state after activation, and a vehicle sensor system.SOLUTION: A vehicle sensor device 12 comprises: an MEMS 40 for creating behavior data corresponding to a vehicle behavior; a diagnosis block 42 which performs a self-diagnosis at least in an initial state after the activation of a vehicle; a transmission/reception part 48 for transmitting and outputting the behavior data which are created by the MEMS 40, or the self-diagnosis data indicating a result of the self-diagnosis which is performed by the diagnosis block 42 to a master device 38; and a setting part ASIC 46 which switchingly sets data transmitted and outputted to the master device 38 from the transmission/reception part 48 in a normal state after the initial state to the behavior data and the self-diagnosis data on the basis of the vehicle behavior.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
