Research on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Gymnastics Teaching in the Common Middle Schools in Jiangsu Province

Gymnastics teaching,an important part of physical education,plays a considerable role in middle school physical education.By means of documentation,questionnaires and statistics,an investigation was made on the current situation of gymnastics teaching in the middle schools in Jiangsu province.After the implementing of the Course Standard of the Physical Education and Health,the teaching of the gymnastics is shrinking.Analyzing the affecting factors of gymnastics teaching,some relevant countermeasures are put forward in order to promote the development of gymnastics teaching in the common middle schools.
