외국인 근로자의 여가활동 장소 귀속감과 지역 애착심 및 직무만족도에 관한 구조적 관계 모형 검증

This study verifies a model representing the relationship between leisure activities place attachment, job satisfaction and community attachment of foreign workers as a leisure activist. The subject of this study consisted of 203 local foreign workers lived in Hwaseong-si, SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 22.0 were used in data processing, and through testifying the cause and effect model, the following results were derived. The results are as follows: first, The higher place attachment appears, the more raised community attachment comes out. Secondly, The higher community attachment figures, the more increased job satisfaction turns out as well. Thirdly, The higher place attachment manifests, the morea ugmented job satisfaction show up. This result is caused, ther leisure activities in the oversea help to favo orn the overseas place where they live. In addition, this effect assists that they have a positive and professional aptitudes on the job works in the overseas.
