Calculation of compensation fees of construction acceleration of a hydropower station

In the construction of large-scale hydropower stations,the construction delay often occurs by the influence of various factors.Aiming at the owner's construction acceleration indication which has definite responsibility limitation of the contract and clear acceleration periods,we analyzed the composition of compensation fees caused by construction acceleration and proposed to use material measuring method to calculate the compensation fee.The production intensity method and labor productivity method were adopted to check the additional cost of labor and machines,which has large share of the compensation fee and was complicated in calculation.Therefore,we obtained the effective and reasonable method to calculate the compensation fee with correct results.
