Studied the surface activity of water-soluble polysaccharides extracted from flax seeds. To determine the surface tension using the device P.A. Rebinder method overshoot at maximum pressure of air bubbles in a solution and the solvent. The main parameters of the adsorption layer in the adsorption of surface active agents (surfactants) interfacial "gas-liquid" (surface excess, area, length, and volume of the molecules in the adsorption layer). Revealed agreement between the experimental values of the surface tension of water solutions of the SS and the values calculated by the equation B.I. Shishkovskiy. Determine the identity of the specific adsorption of water-soluble polysaccharides derived from flax seed, calculated from the equation D.U. Gibbs and I. Langmuir, showing the applicability of the theory of monomolecular adsorption. The results can be used in the pharmaceutical industry.
