Low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant power cable

2013
The invention relates to a low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant power cable. Insulating electric wire cores form a 3+2 core structure and consist of copper conductive wire cores formed by stranding flexible copper wires and a wrapped crosslinked polyethylene insulating layer. A halogen-free flame-retardant filling material is filling among the insulating electric wire cores, a halogen-free flame-retardant wrapping tape layer is wrapped in the inside, and a halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin sheath layer is arranged outside the halogen-free flame-retardant wrapping tape layer. The low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant power cable can meet the requirements of GB/T12706, GB/T19666, IEC60332-3, IEC60754-2 and other standards. The low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant power cable is fixed and arranged in places with the requirements for smoke density, acidity and flame retardance including underground buildings, large public buildings, high-rise buildings and the like with 0.6/1KV rated voltage and lower than 0.6/1KV rated voltage for power transmission and distribution.
