Title X: a proud past, an uncertain future

This editorial focuses on Title X which grants dedicated funding for family planning. It explains the history of Title X how Title X is being implemented and how Title X has assisted in preventing unintended pregnancies. It also discusses how Title X appropriations have not grown with the need for subsidized care and how the program has been chronically underfunded.
